Before you even break a sweat, we start with your Health Check. Think of it as your fitness baseline—a full readout of body composition, measurements, and even your metabolic age.


It’s only £12 for 4 sessions (and the first one is free with membership), which means you get real insights that go way beyond the scale.


This isn’t about numbers—it’s about understanding what’s happening inside so you can celebrate your progress in all the ways that matter.








👋 Getting Started Doesn’t Have to Be Scary


Remember the first-day-of-school feeling? We get it. That’s why we offer a Welcome Session—a friendly, 1-on-1 induction where we show you around and teach you how to use the equipment with confidence.


No pressure. No rush. Just you, your instructor, and an hour that sets the tone for your whole journey.


Book it for £30, we can even do your first free Health Check during this session!

🧭 Need a Plan? We’ve Got You


Once you’re feeling comfortable, the next step is to build a workout plan that actually works for you.

That’s where our Support Session comes in. Spend 60 minutes with a trainer and walk away with a personalised program you can follow on your own. Whether you're working toward a specific goal or just trying to stay consistent, this session is your road map.


Available for just £35, it’s a great way to take the guesswork out of gym time.
