HEALTH CHECK
Health Checks provides you with a breakdown of your body statistics which will support you in your fitness journey. The health check will give you the following results:
Weight, Body Fat %, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, Metabolic Rate/Age, BMI, Water % and Measurements.
£12 for 4 Health Checks
FIRST ONE IS FREE
WELCOME SESSION
60 minutes with an instructor showing you how to use the equipment in the gym. This will give you the chance to meet one of the HUG Team and learn how the equipment works so you know what to do when you come in for your workout. During the 60 minutes you will also get your free health check that comes with your membership.
£30 for an hour with an instructor
£25 if you book within 30 days of joining
SUPPORT SESSION
WELCOME & SUPPORT
This is a 90 minute session introducing you to the gym, this involves showing you how the gym will work for you as well as creating you an ideal workout to give you the confidence for when you come in on your own. During the 90 minutes you will also get your free health check that comes with your membership.
£50 for 90 minutes with an instructor
PERSONAL TRAINING
Healthy U Gym offers personal trainers at various levels of expertise to cater to your fitness needs, whether you're a beginner or looking to advance your training.
Each trainer specialises in different areas, such as strength training, weight loss, or functional fitness, ensuring you get personalised support.
Additionally, we have a GP referral trainer, ideal for those with medical conditions who require specialised guidance.
