Lifestyle Studios and Healthy U Education & Wellbeing Facility CIC
We have 2 areas of the business as a registered CIC company. This means we are a "Community Interest Company" in the heart of Hemel Hempstead. Meaning we exist to benefit the community. We do this by working closely with the local community such as local primary and secondary schools, social services, the local MP, Dacorum Council, Herts Partnership and the people living in the surrounding area.
Lifestyle Studios is our educational facility, we work with local schools to offer an alternative education to young people, our Education Page will give you a closer insight to how we support our students.
At Healthy U, Our passion is working with young girls and women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness abilities to educate them to believe in themselves, and supporting them on their personal journeys. With a fully equipped gym for women only, and an amazing range of fitness classes, we believe we have everything we need.

We offer Girls Football Academy, Junior Fitness, Teen Gym, Football Coaching, Personal Gym Programs, 121 Personal Training, Inductions, Health Checks as well as Wellbeing workshops for all ages, and Mindfulness Sessions to help improve mental health as well as physical. As a team we are passionate about our mental health and well-being across both areas of the business.

We are aware of the different cultures and religious needs and aim to cater for this. Within our community we encourage our students and members to love and share their experiences, backgrounds and cultures which make them the strong individuals they are today.​ We have lots to offer and we are always looking at ways to bring our community together whether through events, music, or sharing recipes. We love the diversity of the community and encourage mixing and learning of cultures. ​
