
JUNIOR GYM
A gym session designed for girls under 11, these fun and engaging sessions help to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe, supervised environment. Led by our experienced instructors, each session focuses on age-appropriate exercises to encourage healthy habits and an active lifestyle.
During term time these sessions run Monday and Tuesday 16:00-17:00, however throughout the 6 weeks holiday, these session will be running at an earlier time of 12:00-13:00, please see below a timetable of activities.

Looking for a fun and engaging activity for your daughter during the summer holidays?
Our Girls Only Junior Gym Summer Sessions are designed to help girls stay active, make new friends, build confidence and enjoy being part of a supportive and encouraging environment.
Led by Maya, these sessions combine athletics, team games, challenges and confidence-building activities to create an exciting and enjoyable experience for girls aged 7-11 years.
Whether your junior already loves sport or simply wants to try something new, our sessions are welcoming, inclusive and focused on fun.

Who Can Attend?
Our Junior Gym Summer Sessions are open to girls aged 7-11 years.
No previous gym or sports experience is required. The sessions are suitable for all abilities, with activities adapted to ensure every participant feels included and supported.
