JUNIOR GYM
A gym session designed for girls under 11, these fun and engaging sessions help to build strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe, supervised environment. Led by our experienced instructors, each session focuses on age-appropriate exercises to encourage healthy habits and an active lifestyle.
During term time these sessions run Monday and Tuesday 16:00-17:00, however throughout the 6 weeks holiday, these session will be running at an earlier time of 12:00-13:00, please see below a timetable of activities.
