Our U16s Teen Gym sessions provide a great way for teens to stay active and build healthy fitness habits in a safe, supportive environment. With instructor supervision, teens can work out independently while having guidance available when needed. Whether they’re looking to improve strength, endurance, or overall fitness, this session offers the perfect balance of freedom and support

Why not train together?

Looking for a great way to stay active as a family? Now, teens can train 7 days a week when accompanied by a full-paying adult!
Here’s how it works:
✅ Your teen must complete their Teen Gym induction during designated Teen Gym hours.
✅ Their designated adult must sign a waiver to confirm responsibility and supervision.
✅ Once completed, your teen can work out alongside you anytime from Monday to Sunday!

This is a fantastic way to motivate each other, build confidence, and make fitness a fun, shared experience. Whether it’s strength training, cardio, or just staying active, you and your teen can enjoy the benefits of exercise together!
