GIRLS FOOTBALL & JUNIOR FITNESS
Our mission is to see more girls getting involved in sports and fitness by making sessions available for all ages and making them accessible by offering sessions in their local area. Building confidence and self esteem in female only environments, a place for the girls to feel safe & comfortable with a team of females who they can talk to when needed.
GIRLS FOOTBALL
We offer a selection of sessions for all ages and all abilities. Click the links above to find out more about each session we offer. Our female coaching team offers girls the opportunity to play football, supporting them to build confidence and improve their ability to play. We focus on skills, knowledge, positions and so much more giving the girls all the tools to be able to play to the best of their ability.
Our passion and aim is to see as many girls as possible playing and enjoying the sport!

JUNIOR FITNESS

Age 7-11 years
Every week is different, from Trampolining, Archery, Volleyball, Fitness games, and ballgames such as dodgeball and lots more.

Strength & conditioning
Age 7-11 years
This session is based around building strength by doing different body weight and light weighted exercises. Working the core and building upper body and lower body strength.
