Designed for girls under 11, these fun and engaging sessions help build strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe, supervised environment. Led by our experienced instructors, each session focuses on age-appropriate exercises to encourage healthy habits and an active lifestyle.

U16s Teen Gym

Our U16s Teen Gym sessions provide a great way for teens to stay active and build healthy fitness habits in a safe, supportive environment. With instructor supervision, teens can work out independently while having guidance available when needed. Whether they’re looking to improve strength, endurance, or overall fitness, this session offers the perfect balance of freedom and support.
