At Healthy U we want to offer all girls the opportunity to be part of a girl’s football community in their local area, Hemel Hempstead.

 

We are offering girls the opportunity to take part in a weekly football academy. They will take part in football drills, learn skills, positions and grow their knowledge to be able to play in matches.

The aim of the weekly sessions is to encourage girls to take part in sports. Build on their knowledge and skills, then to have the opportunity to join a girls team and begin to play matches against other girl teams.

 

Creating a community for girls to make new friends, have fun and build confidence on the pitch.
