A 45-minute revamp of traditional step aerobics.
With routines set to old and new school hip hop, R&B and more,
it makes you want to get up and move while getting great calories burn. Step is a full body aerobic workout that is fun and addicting.

6 Pilates moves on a timer 45 sec with a 15 sec rest. Designed to increase the heart rate using Pilates techniques.
45 mins Class that focuses on your Glutes,Legs,Core and Abs using Glute Bands. Adding glute bands when doing butt exercises allows you to increase activation of the glute muscles, this means that you can target muscles to get a better workout and of course feel the burn and help you get that perfect peach.
