Full body high Intensity workout including explosive exercise, body weight and low intensity, with limited rest throughout.

Raise The Bar

Barbell class working in reps and sets, is a 40 min class working upper and lower body using a barbell and weight bench to increase heart rate and build stamina and muscle. Working together to push through each move.

VINYASA YOGA

60 min session on a Thursday with movements that sync with the breath to build strength & flexibility

MINDFULNESS

We do this so you can maximise your workouts rather than focus on complicated choreography.

SCULPT

45-minute Sculpt class, this total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells and Glute bands, to build a strong foundation to continually achieve results.

TONE & LIFT
(Standard class)
Pilates inspired 30 min workout using weights/bands to tone and lift the main muscles. Using a range of different exercise to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.

AB ATTACK
(Standard class)
30 min abdominal class doing a selection of timed exercises working the abs and core on the floor and standing

STRUT & SHREAD
(BOLT ON CLASS PASS)
45 min body weight combat class. Designed to increase the heart rate and get you moving using set routines to music. Gloves can be worn but are not compulsory.

BODY BOUNCE
(BOLT ON CLASS PASS)
A fun 30 min class working out on a Trampoline. Great workout to give you a perfect full body workout to increase the heart rate and tone up the body.

Step&Sculpt
(BOLT ON CLASS PASS)
45 mins class using Step, weights and bends to tone and sculpt the body while also hitting cardio to give you a great calorie burn.

PILATES
(Standard class)
Low level traditional mat-based Pilates class. Ideal for all levels.
Designed to help support flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. Relaxing class ideal for those wanting to clear the mind.

YiN to YANG YOGA
(UNLIMITED CLASS)
This Yoga follows after Mindfulness on a Monday.
Invigorating & uplifting leading to relaxing & restorative.

AMRAP
(Standard class)
A dumbbell class with set exercises, using a timer to achieve as many reps as possible.
Working at your own pace to push through 4 exercises while a 5 min timer is counting you down.
