Fast pace, high intensity circuit class. This class is designed to increase the heart rate using a range of cardio & bodyweight exercises  while using a range of equipment to increase heart rate and improve stamina.

BODY BOUNCE
(GOLD)

A fun 30 min class working out on a Trampoline. Great workout to give you a perfect full body workout to increase the heart rate and tone up the body.

RAISE THE BAR
(SILVER)

Barbell class working in reps and sets, is a 40 min class working upper and lower body using a barbell and weight bench to increase heart rate and build stamina and muscle. Working together to push through each move.

GENTLE YOGA
(PLATINUM)

Gentle Yoga with Hayley on a Monday, 7:30pm is a relaxing Yoga with gentle movements to help you relax and unwind with restorative movement in time with your breath.

 

This hour class continues with           'A Mindful Moment'

a 30 min session straight after perfect to complete you Monday evening for a good nights sleep.

A dance class with moves that are repetitive and easy to follow.  

We do this so you can maximise your workouts rather than focus on complicated choreography.

Your hear music hits that you would hear on the radio from Top 40, Pop, R&B, Hip Hop, Reggae, and everything in between.

BOOTYLISH

45 mins Class that focuses on your Glutes,Legs,Core and Abs using Glute Bands. Adding glute bands when doing butt exercises allows you to increase activation of the glute muscles, this means that you can target muscles to get a better workout and of course feel the burn and help you get that perfect peach.

45 min body weight combat class. Designed to increase the heart rate and get you moving using set routines to music. Gloves can be worn but are not compulsory.

 60 min session on a Thursday with Karis, is a class with movements that sync with the breath to build strength & flexibility. Perfect for any beginner or Yogi wanting to continue their practice.

AMRAP

A dumbbell class with set exercises, using a timer to achieve as many reps as possible.

Working at your own pace to push through 4 exercises while a 5 min timer is counting you down.

SCULPT

45-minute Sculpt class, this total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells and Glute bands, to build a strong foundation to continually achieve results.
