45 mins Class that focuses on your Glutes,Legs,Core and Abs using Glute Bands. Adding glute bands when doing butt exercises allows you to increase activation of the glute muscles, this means that you can target muscles to get a better workout and of course feel the burn and help you get that perfect peach.

STRUT & SHREAD
(BOLT ON CLASS PASS)
45 min body weight combat class. Designed to increase the heart rate and get you moving using set routines to music. Gloves can be worn but are not compulsory.

BODY BOUNCE
