🌸 HUG April Highlights 🌸

As the flowers bloomed and the days got longer, April was full of fresh energy and exciting changes here at Healthy U Ladies Gym.


💪 Junior Gym in Full Swing!

Our Junior Gym sessions are up and running, and we couldn’t be prouder of our younger members. It’s been fantastic seeing their enthusiasm, determination, and giggles echo through the gym as they learn new skills and build healthy habits early on. 🧹 Tidy Gym, Happy Gym

We’ve gently reintroduced a simple but important gym habit: putting weights and equipment back after use. It might seem small, but it makes a big difference in keeping our space safe, tidy, and welcoming for everyone. Thank you so much to everyone who’s been leading by example—it really does help make Healthy U a more enjoyable place to train.



🔖 New Signs on Cable Attachments

No more confusion at the cable machines! We’ve added clear, helpful signage to all our cable attachments so you can easily pick the right one for your workout. Whether you’re doing rows, curls, or pulldowns, we’ve got you covered. Just clip it on and go!

📱 We’re Now “Healthy U Community” Online!

We’ve officially updated our social media name to Healthy U Community, and it couldn’t be more fitting. Whether you’ve been with us for years or just joined, we want every woman here to feel seen, supported, and part of something bigger. Be sure to follow us for the latest updates, tips, and a few laughs along the way!


🐾 The Return of Wildcats & Squad Girls

We were so excited to welcome back our Wildcats and Squad Girls this month! These sessions are filled with fun football games —and it's always inspiring to see our younger girls growing in confidence and community. Please contact footballl-healthyu@outlook.com if you are interested in joining in either our Wildcats or Squad Girls sessions.


🧘 Special Yoga Session – A Moment to Breathe

We started April with Julia's beautiful monthly Mind & Yoga special with this month including healing tuning forks.. Whether you joined to stretch, de-stress, or just breathe a little deeper, we hope you left feeling lighter and more connected. A big thank you to everyone who attended—and we hope to see you at the next one!

🎉 Welcome to Our New Members!

We were thrilled to welcome 13 new members to the Healthy U family this April! Whether you’ve already jumped into a class or are just starting to explore the space, we’re so glad you’re here. Please don’t hesitate to ask questions, say hello, or grab a staff member for support—we’re all about lifting each other up (in every way!).
