Women’s Health, Strength & Pilates Specialist

Nicola has been working as a personal trainer since 2017, supporting women of all ages, fitness levels, and goals. Her approach is built around restoring healthy movement, building strength, and helping clients feel confident in their bodies.
As a fully trained Pilates instructor (mat-based and currently training in reformer Pilates), Nicola integrates Pilates fundamentals into her sessions. This allows her to create programs that not only improve strength and weight loss, but also enhance mobility, flexibility, and posture.
She is also qualified in pre- and postnatal training and GP referral, meaning she can safely and effectively support women during pregnancy, after birth, and those managing a wide range of health conditions.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve posture, or simply move without pain, Nicola focuses on creating a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that lasts.
