Maya is a trainee personal trainer with a passion for helping women build strength, confidence, and a positive relationship with fitness. She has completed her Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification and is currently working towards her Level 3 Personal Training certification.

Specialising in women’s strength, toning, and weight training, Maya believes fitness should feel empowering, never intimidating.

 

She focuses on creating a welcoming and supportive environment where every woman feels comfortable learning, improving, and challenging herself.

With up-to-date knowledge in exercise science and a strong focus on proper technique, Maya helps clients develop confidence in the gym while building real, lasting strength. Whether someone is just getting started or ready to progress their training, she designs personalised, achievable programmes that support steady progress and celebrate every win along the way.
