ABOUT JUNIORS

At Junior Fitness at Healthy U we have a passion to get our younger generations moving and active, physically and mentally. To support this we offer a wide range of fitness and sports activities as well as including arts and crafts and mind and wellbeing games.

We offer after school and school holiday clubs. We are also in partnership with Hemel Girls Youth to support girls football and increase awareness to offer all girls an opportunity to get involved in football.

Our Multi Sports sessions are designed for girls and boys from the age of 7.

Girls Football is for girls from 6 years who want to develop their skills and knowledge. When ready, can be placed into a Hemel Girls Youth Team and begin to play matches against other teams. 

We build our sessions around the 5 ways of wellbeing; Connect, Be Active, Give, Take Notice, Keep Learning. 

All our staff are trained in the activities. All have a valid DBS, First Aid and all other requirements to ensure the full safety and care for every child.
