Kids Running


​The sessions are designed for 7-11 year old Girls and Boys.

The aim of the session is to get our children active using sports, fitness and gym activities.

They will learn about our bodies and healthier food options through fun activities and worksheets.

Throughout their time at Junior Fitness they will build up a booklet of what they have learnt and done in the sessions,

building up their knowledge and educating them to live a healthier and more active lifestyle,

being able to choose the right foods to eat along the way.

​All staff are DBS checked and are all qualified Instructors with First aid Certificates

Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-5pm

Depending on spaces your child will be guaranteed their space every week for on £10 a month.
