JUNIOR
FITNESS

​Junior Fitness is designed for 7-11 year old Girls and Boys which runs after school 4pm-5pm

The aim of the session is to get the children active and support a healthy lifestlye.

 

We use multi-sports activities and fitness games such as Dodgeball, Football, Circuits, Tennis, Javelin and so much more to keep the children moving.

Sessions run during the school term only.

10% discount is offered to any Junior Fitness member attending School Holiday Camps.
