Zumba  - 45 minute workout. Original Zumba as its known, a dance Latin Fitness Class

Lite Zumba - Slightly slower version of Zumba

Zumba Strong - 1 hour High Intensity workout to Zumba music run by Kelly Herd. Chargeable class, not included in the membership.

Zumba 30 -High intensity 30 minute workout to Zumba music, a Zumba Strong class in 30 minutes.

HIIT - High intensity interval training, quick burst of cardiovascular exercises with short burst of rest.

Circuit - Active Circuit workout  using all muscle groups. Your be moving around stations doing different exercises indicated by a timer.

 

ABS - A workout concentrating on the tummy area and surrounding muscles. Some cardio exercise may be involved to increase heart rate to help burn abdominal body fat.

L.B.T - Legs Bum and Tums class aimed to work these 3 main areas of the body. The session is built to tone the LBT areas and increase heart rate to enable burning body fat % whilst also working the muscles.

 

Pilates - Calm, stretching class aimed to improve neutral alignment, posture, flexibility and strength. Helps to build core strength and toning all areas of the body.

Body Con - A weight based class working on all main muscle groups for a full body workout. Working in reps and sets. 

Boxfit - Boxing class designed to increase heart rate using your upper and lower body muscle groups for a great cardio & toning workout

Burlex Cardio - Burlexercise broken down into a cardiovascular workout. Sassy Dance class.

Burlex Resistance - Burlexercise routine broken down into resistance workout. Exercises to music using weights to help build muscle and tone the body.
